Requirements
A video to introduce and/or promote a new home company, builder, community, master plan development, promotion campaign or event.
Judging Criteria:
Definition of marketing objectives, concept, copy, layout, overall design and execution of strategy, coordination of media, creative strategy, results in marketplace.
Judges use a point system for this category. A minimum score is required to be recognized.
*A, B, and C are for builder candidates. D is for associate candidates.*
All entrants must be members of the BIA's Sales & Marketing Council in order to qualify. Staff will verify your membership status. SMC Membership is $105/year/person for BIA Member Companies and $250/year for non-members.
