Requirements
Best Interior Merchandising:
Any model home completed and in use in 2025, designed and/or decorated to feature a home's assets and/or benefits to the buyer. Function as well as aesthetics and features will be considered.
Judging Criteria:
Use of color, texture, materials, interior space, furnishings and accessories.
Judges use a point system for this category. A minimum score is required to be recognized.
All entrants must be members of the BIA's Sales & Marketing Council in order to qualify. Staff will verify your membership status. SMC Membership is $105/year/person for BIA Member Companies and $250/year for non-members.
