Qualifications:
Must hold Mortgage License (NMLS) at least 6 months during 2025, however not more than 24 months (licensed less than 2 years). Based upon the volume of new home loan volume credit claimed.

All entrants must be members of the BIA's Sales & Marketing Council in order to qualify. Staff will verify your membership status. SMC Membership is $105/year/person for BIA Member Companies and $250/year for non-members.
