Requirements
Candidate must be a closing coordinator who has been employed in this role for at least 6 months in 2025. Their primary job responsibility is to assist in the closing of new homes. Job description/responsibility must be submitted as part of entry. Candidate must be a member of the BIA's Sales & Marketing Council.
Judging Criteria:
Sales team involvement, job description/contribution, prospecting of business techniques, and customer service.
All entrants must be members of the BIA's Sales & Marketing Council in order to qualify. Staff will verify your membership status. SMC Membership is $105/year/person for BIA Member Companies and $250/year for non-members.
