Requirements
Sales Agents with at least $1,000,000 in new home sales credit claimed will be recognized in the REGAL Circle Sales Agent Awards. Start your entry by downloading the Official REGAL Circle Spreadsheet and entering in your 2025 sales information. You'll then enter information from that sheet in the fields below AND upload the full spreadsheet. Your award will be determined by the information provided.
All entrants must be members of the BIA's Sales & Marketing Council in order to qualify. Staff will verify your membership status. SMC Membership is $105/year/person for BIA Member Companies and $250/year for non-members.
NOTE: The Sales Agent Rookie of the Year Award will also be determined by these entries. The Sales Agent Rookie of the Year must hold a Salesman I License for at least six months during 2025 and no more than 24 months total. Of those entrants, the winner will be individual with the most volume of new homes sales credit claimed in 2025.
